Privacy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This policy covers chrisbonic.com, the personal website of Chris Lutz(“I”, “me”). It explains what personal information the website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What is collected

What you send me. The website has no accounts, sign-ups, forms or payments. If you email me, I receive what you choose to put in that email. My address,chris@apexglobalagency.com, is at Apex Global Agency, the firm I founded, so your email is held in its mailbox.

What your browser sends automatically. Like every website, this one receives technical information when a page loads: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. The hosting provider, Vercel, records this in server logs. The page’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the same kind of request.

Analytics. I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website: which pages are read, how people arrive, and roughly where they are and what device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this and processes the data on my behalf. I use it to improve the website, not to advertise to you. You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google explains how it uses this data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

What is not collected. The website does not run advertising trackers, and analytics data is not used to target ads.

How it is used

  • To answer your message and continue the conversation you started.
  • To keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations.

I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it for advertising.

Who sees it

  • Service providers that run the website and email, such as Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics and fonts) and the email provider, only as needed to provide their service.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Emails are kept for as long as the conversation or any resulting work continues, and then only as long as needed for legal or business records. Server logs are kept by Vercel under its own retention schedule. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in the Google Analytics account and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to tell you what personal information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and residents of other places may have similar rights under their own laws. You will not be treated differently for making a request. To make one, emailchris@apexglobalagency.com from the address the request concerns. I may need to confirm it is you before acting.

Children

The website is meant for business readers and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, email me and I will delete it.

Links to other websites

The pages link to other websites, including Apex Global Agency, the booking page for a fit call, Symbonic and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update it here and change the date at the top.
